Purchased the Spot Pan Tilt KC110. The camera appears to be working okay other than I am not receiving any notifications to my mobile.

Looking at the KASA app it does not include the 110 as able to receive notifications.

 

Does anyone have an idea  ?

What is the led status of the KC110?

 

Can you see the camera on the kasa app? 

 

Please ensure that you have enabled activity notification.

 

Besides, please try to hard reset it and reconfigure it to give it a go.

 

Still the same, please shows us 2 pictures to do further analysis.

1. the picture of the KC110 in the devices page.

2. the picture of the activity page.

I am also getting the same problem, notifications are enabled on the phone (samsung s8+) and in the KAsa app . I do see the camera in the app and can see the live video feed which is also working fine , the camera has been reset/factory reset but no change
