Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 160322 Rel.33912n

There is a version issue
Unable to restore (Factory Defaults)

 

Also update version(Backup & Restore) - straight makes me a page unavailable

It seems that the picture restored on the local device so that we cannot open it.

 

Could you please attach the screenshots again?
