Query about installation
I've installed the Powerline in a friends house.
He didn't have the instructions at the time.
Later when I browsed the installation on line I realised that I've connected the extender to the router and the adapter in another room using the cable. The system is not using the wireless. Does it matter that I've fitted them in reverse.

Thanks for your requesting. To use the powerline extender boost wifi signal, usually we connect the main adapter to the main router by wired cable and locate the extender unit to extend wifi range and provide ethernet ports.
You can connect them like what you located earlier, whle once you need the wifi feature, it is suggested to exchange their locations. You do not have to repair them.
Good day.

Thanks for the reply. It works fine. What concerned me about my installation, had it reduced the speed of the internet.
I couldn't reverse it easily because my friend lives over 100 miles away
Kindest regards,

Thanks for your reply, first glad to hear that you have installed them successfully.
About the speed issue, could you please provide more information? And as far as I know, the powerline adapters won't affect the performance of the main router, while I have to say, with more devices connected, the speed you get on each device will be reduced cause the total bandwidth is fixed.
What is the speed you can get from the TL-WPA7510KIT? And what about the speed from the main router since the adapter starts to be using?
Good day.
