Model: HS100
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I am having an issue with both my hs100, where after a few hours both the hs100 plugs will disconnect from the network and not be able to reconnect until i restart the router. This is a recurring issue which I can't seem to fix, as it happens to both my hs100 next to my router and the one that is reasonably far away but still gets a very good signal. The connection light goes red and stays red even if i cycle the power through the switches until i restart the actual router.

Thank you for any help with this :)

Actually don't worry I believe I have sorted the issue. I assigned both static IPs restarted everything and 24hrs+and no issue so far.

@ben975

Thanks for your updates, glad to hear it works well now.

You can take more time to test the connection, any updates, just let us know.

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date; and you can try to change some wireless settings of the main router.
