HS210 with two HS200 in a three switch box?
I'm trying to install three wifi switches for the lights in my kitchen. With there only being a single set of switches, I thought it would be easy.
Here's the breakdown of what I have in the box
Line #1 - red, black, white, green
Line #2 - black, white, green
Line #3 - black, white, green
I figured this would be like a traditional setup where you can use a 3Way switch in the first position with two two way switches in parallel after that. So I bought an HS210 and two HS200 switches to do the work.
For installation, I tied the red line to the black screw on the side of the HS210 and then ran jumpers from there to the first black line on each of the HS200s.
The black lines for all three are tied to the second position on all three switches.
All of the white lines are tied together via jumpers and multiple nuts (max 3 wires per nut and all are secure).
What's happening is that I need to have the first switch on to power either (or both) of the second switches. As soon as I turn off the first switch, I lose power to the two following switches. I tried putting the HS200 in the first position and I get the same response.
What am I missing here? What is recommended to get all three switches to work independantly as the original light switches did (note the traditional switches did not use the neutral line... those were tied off at the back of the box when I started all of this).
