Turn camera on/off

I'd like to turn camera on/off depending on whether I'm home or not. One way would be with Google home routines. But on/off is not applicable on cameras. Limitation on your side or Google? I got a netatmo can where I could turn on off the lights. Any ideas?

And yes, right now you can use schedule function to turn on/off the power of the camera or toggle on/off privacy mode both locally and remotely.

@Marcia.Zhang In the app I can both turn privacy on/off and turn camera power on/off. But of course I can't toogle privacy on if camera is off. So I guess power off doesn't really mean powerless camera. And that wasn't my main question here.

I can ask like this instead: I'd like to toogle privacy on/off depending on whether I'm home or not...that would make it more useful in Google home.
