Firmware Version: 1.5.2

Not been needed for a while, switched it back on and did a firmware update, since then I can't get an image on the screen. I'm connected cause I can reboot it and switch the led off, but no video.

Help anyone

What's the light status on the camera now? How did you upgrade the firmware version? 

Can you watch the Live view when the phone is connecting to local wifi? How about use mobile data on the phone? Can you watch the live view?

 

You can try to factory reset the camera by press the reset button for 15 seconds, then reinstall it in the TPcamera APP and see whether it works.

No live view on same wireless or mobile data. I have said above, light on camera goes green and I can switch it off from the settings option so i am connecting, i can also reboot from the app. but i am getting no images. have done a reset and it's still the same. it was fine until firmware update.

also removed app and reinstalled removed camera and reinstalled, NO LIVE IMAGES.

Please login to the camera's management page and check whether there is a live view. You can refer to the instruction below to login.

Besides, please try to use another phone to check the live view.
