Hi.

I have a Tapo c200 and it has a microsd in it 128GB class 10.

the status shows it is good and it is working. However, when I checked the playback and go back it becomes slow. Speed is 1 and it is still slow.

it will take like 2-3 second to run a second. the live camera is fine only the recording. The internet coonection is good. 

can someone help?

Hi,

It’s suggested to test the SD card with third-party software such as MyDiskTest,  you may refer to the instruction below to verify the SD card.

What's the brand, model number and format type of your SD card? A picture of the card would be great.

What's your camera's MAC address?

What's your Tapo app version?

Does the camera work fine with your SD card before? When did you buy the camera and when did the issue happen?

 

You can try to factory reset the camera and reinstall it, or test it with different SD cards, test it on different phones.
