Hi Everyone,

 

Im getting connection failure error when I try to connect my wifi to the switch thru Kasa App.

 

The switch is blinking green and orange and is working fine to turn on/off the lights but its not connecting to my wifi.

 

I have a modem with a 2.4 and 5 Ghz and I already tried to configure connect in both (I know that its just supposed to work on 2.4Ghz but I tried even way).

Well, besides the effort on it.. I haven't succeeded :(.

 

can anybody help me troubleshoot that?
