If you're using an Archer C20(WISP) V5, which cannot be found on the Tether app, please download and install the firmware we provided in the below thread, then confirm if you can manage the router via Tether app:

Everyone who bought this router facing same issue. No update from TP-Link. We should return or stop buying from this brand. This problem is only with Indian version.
