Model: Tapo C100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.10

I have a freshly bought C100 and managed to set up the continuous recording. It does record well, even at night, I can VIEW the recording on my phone, but the MEMORY Tab is empty, the card is not readable on a pc and I have no clue on how to export video recordings to a PC. Any suggestions? Thank you!

 

P.S.: Don't worry about format conversion here - if it's in *any* regular format, I'm well aware about how to convert it.

Hello,

 

The recordings saved in the SD card is not editable on the Tapo app, you may need to put it into a computer and play the videos.

 

Please ensure that only the recordings named with date and time are readable:

Q38: What can I do if the video recordings from the SD card cannot be played on a computer?

@Brook THX - that helped (in a way) - my micro card reader did not recognize the card at first. Now it's working. :)
