Firmware Version: no clue

Hello All,

 

I'm having trouble connecting my C200 to two Android smartphones simultaneously.  I got it to connect on my first phone but had to reset the device to get it to connect to my second phone - which erased the connection to the first phone.  I can't even find the cloud account page now to try to get it to connect to both phones.  I now have two phones with two different accounts and a camera that will connect to one but not the other. 

 

How do I fix this problem?   Can you give me a step-by-step?

Hey! Good day.

There are two ways to share the camera on multiple phones:

  1. Share your TP-Link email ID and password to others so that they could log into the same email account;
  2. Share via guest account, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2613/

  1. Share your TP-Link email ID and password to others so that they could log into the same email account;
  2. Share via guest account, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2613/

@kmpres Thank you Brook! 

 

It was not entirely straight-forward but I was able to connect both phones after several tries.  Was also able to update the firmware which enabled some new features.  We're quite enjoying this little camera as a dog monitor and I may buy more for home security as well.

@Brook I want another phone to have admin role which can pan the camera too. How can we do that?
