NC450 Not powering up

Am having sissues with my NC450. It doesn't seem to power up. I tested the ac adapter and it works fine. I think it died uafter its last firmware update. Is there anyway to reset it?

There is a reset button/pinhole at the back of the camera; please press and hold for more than 5 seconds to do a factory reset.
After that, if still, nothing happened, may I know how long have you had the camera, if it is still under warranty, you could contact the local support to ask for a warranty service.
