Firmware Version: 2.0.15 Build 150701 Rel.20962

 

I already have a tplink cloud account with 3 NC200 cameras. I installed the fourth, but I can't see it in the cloud. Via browser it gives me correctly connected to the cloud account, but neither via PC nor via APP I can see it. Please help me, thanks in advance

Hello, sorry to respond late.

 

If you can add the other 3 NC200s successfully to the cloud, there should be no issue adding the 4th one, is the 4th camera also connected to the same wireless network? It is suggested to reset it and move it next to the host router, then reconfigure it from scratch.

 

May I have the MAC address of the 4th one that failed to connect to the cloud server?
