Camera needs to unplug the power and plug back again

Model: NC450

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.2

I got around 6 units. Its intermittent issue. other camera needs to unplug the power adaptor and plug it back again to switch on. Not sure whats the reason why it suddenly shuts down. is there any power control or power surge features on it that will makes it shutdown by itself?

Hi, you may try to enable the Auto-reboot feature on the tpCamera app for the cameras and allow them to restart automatically at 03:00 AM.
