Hi All,

 

Hope someone can help to solve my problem.

 

My Video Cam got a problem that It can only take video recording in daytime.  The video will suddenly turn black on every evening around 6:4x pm,

 

Anyone know what is the reason ?

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

When the camera got black screen, what did you need to do to recover the normal live view?

And if you manually enable the night vision on the APP, would it make any difference?

How long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?

By the way, have you tried to turn off the night vision, always on the daytime mode, would this issue still exist?

Hi,

Thanks for your quick response.

- I have not do anything to turn normal live view, it will turn normal on every morning 6:xx am , and turn back to black screen on 6:xx pm

- I did not set Night mode, I use auto mode instead.

- I will try to set daytime mode to test again today.
