Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

After updating the firmware to 1.0.14 I can't access the settings for alerts and motion detection from the Tapo app on ios14. The option has just disappeared.

 

I have tried rebooting the camera but it makes no difference.

 

I can't change any motion detection or alerts settings. Is there a fix? The camera is still quite new so I still have time to return it if there is no solution.

Thanks for your reply. I uninstalled the app from the iPhone and reinstalled the latest version (which had just been released in App Store) and this seems to have fixed the problem.

 

Resetting the camera made no difference, this seems to be an incompatibility with ios14 but the latest Tapo app seems to fix it.

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did you tested on other non-IOS14 devices since recently, we have received different kinds of feedback about IOS 14?

by the way, have you tried to reset the camera once to see if the issue existed?

If possible, can i have a picture on the APP where there is no alter and motion detection?

Please also try to test if your tapo APP is up to date and you could also try to uninstall the install the APP again;
