Hello,

 

We've been unable to add Tapo C200's stream on our NVR (which plays all other brand's cameras very well)

We followed the TPLINK instructions, like creating an account through the App.

The stream can be viewed on iSpy or VLC correctly, but still dont show up in our NVR (either with ONVIF or RTSP)

 

Haver you guys some tips to try ?

I assume we don't have to open specific port on our router or NVR, as the stream can be seen correctly on iSpy or VLC ?

All our other cameras didn't request any port to be open btw.

 

Is there something we are missing ?

Sorry for the delay.

For your case, would you please help me check the following details:

  1. What is the model number of your NVR?
  2. Would there be any error message when Tapo C200 failed to work with NVR?
  3. Are you able to remote control the Tapo C200 on the 4G via Tapo APP?
  4. By the way, what is the model number of your home rouyer?

Hello,

Here are the answers to your questions :

1) Zxtech MN401PN

2) No messages, just "connecting" and never any stream loading, compared to other cameras.

3) Yes, the Tapo C200 works fine over 4G/5G remotely

4) Technicolor TC7210

 Bonjour j’ai un probleme moi aussi avec ma TAPO C200 et mon NVR HD-Line la cam et detecter mais impossible de la connecter j ai le message vérrifier mot de passe j’ai

essayer  plusieurs mais aucun ne fonctionne Pouvez vous m’aider merciiiii
