I accidentally purchase 3 sets of 3 way switch from a person.
@Watektek Connect the power lead to the black screw and connect the load lead to one of the traveler screw.
Connect the white wire of the switch to the white(neutral) group of leads.
@B.Will the white wire of the switch goes to where? Together with the ground wire?
@Watektek The neutral should be a group of white wires in the box that are under a wirenut.
Add the white wire from the switch to that group.
If you don't have a neutral then you can not use the switch.

... I reviewed the schematics and i have to have the two travelers.... So i have no choice but to add extra switch to light fixtures.. Thanks for your help.. I appreciate it.
