Good day,
Sorry for the delay.
May I know how long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?
If it is not 360º horizontal, what is the moving range now?
If you gently push the camera a little bit in case the camera got stuck, would that make any difference?
And have you tried to factory reset the camera to have a look?
By the way, where are you located?
Thanks a lot.

Good day,
Thanks a lot for your kind reply.
In this way, please wait for a while and I might need to check with the senior engineers for more advice.
As soon as there is any updated news, I could come back as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
In this way, I am afraid that the internal wiring might go wrong and you might need to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced first;
Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.
