Hi, I'm having an issue with a new C200 camera. It all worked fine to begin with, but some hours later the image is just a purple haze. I've unistalled several times but no different. All the updates are installed. 

Any ideas please.

May I know how long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?

The purple haze would randomly show up and was not here all the time, right?

Can I have some pictures of the purple haze?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I bought it from Amazon on the 7th. It worked fine for less than 24hrs and then the footage looked like this. I've since returned it to Amazon and received a replacement. All fine now.
