Hi, I have a problem with the C200 tapo camera. When adding a camera to the app, I connect to the camera's wifi network, but I can't add it to my account. I constantly have a Network unstabile alert. The camera worked for a month and reset itself. I can't add it after that.

Hi,

May I know the model number of your home router?

How far away from the camera to the router?

Have you noticed any disconnect from the router’s internet on other mobile devices?

What is the LED status when you noticed the camera lost the connection and reset itself, like blinking red, or blinking red and green?

Can i have a picture of the error message when you failed to add the camera on the APP?
