I think I know the answer but I don't want to be wrong. The line wire is stripped and wrapped around the screw terminal, and then continues to the next switch. Obviously I can't connect the wiring to the HS200, so my thought it to simply cut it and connect the 2 ends to the HS200 switch. 
 

Does anyone see any issues with this?

Far left switch is 3-way, and the line only connects the middle and right switch.

I've already installed one HS200 from the right switch, and wired the line coming in, and the line going back down the circuit together with no issues.

@AdaminLondon Yes you can cut it and connect the 2 wires with one of the HS200 leads, then take the other wire off the switch and connect it to the other HS200 lead.

I see in the box you have a group of neutrals that you can add the white of the HS200 to.
