Model: Tapo C100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.17

Bought the camera 2 days algo. Installed yesterday , everything fine. Motion detection si  working and recording in micro SD but I don't receive notifications! That si the most important feature i needed..when theres no one un the house.. i can't know if an intruder breaks in! Please a Ir need a solución urgently.

In notifications / camera detection messages

check thst your camera name is always on.

 

When you edit other detection options or update app, this option is disabled automatically.

i have the same problem too what should i do

i've already turn on activity notifications on 

send me notifications always on

please helppp anybody ?
