Model: Deco M9 Plus

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.4.3

Dear Community,

I have a device that are in the middle of two Decos and sometimes connect to the first and sometimes to the second. This produces hardware reset of this device and I would like to know if it's possible to force the connectivity of this device only to the first Deco and main of three of them.

By the moment I change the priority of this device as a High Priotiy in the QoS section.

Hope it's clear and someone could give me a solution.

Hi,

You could try to turn off the Mesh technology on this device over the Deco APP to have a test;--go to the online device list and click this device; then click the top right wheel button on the next page
