I've tried the trouble shooting stuff listed in the FAQ, then the stuff I read around on here, I've set my router to wpa2-psk only, i've tried different channels, I made my password simpler, I made my ssid simpler, I disabled my router's firewall, I've tried extras stuff that I thought might be a problem, like disabling the Archer's Antivirus. I moved closer to my router, and I did factory resets before retrying on each of these things. Still doesn't connect. Sometimes it asks me to manually connect to the plug's wifi network (which gets my hopes up) but then doesn't connect. I'm not sure if I have the right hardware and firmware listed, so here's a pic of the back of the plug.
