We installed the switch.  Connected to App - it turns on and off correctly... but the light is very weak - we have switched out light bulbs but it did not improve the strength of the light.  This is not a dimmer switch.  Any ideas?

Sounds like wiring or some other issue unrelated to the switch (if it is an HS200) as it's a simple relay. You could try bypassing the HS200 temporarily to confirm.
