Firmware Version: 1.1.11

Hi,

 

I have tried all the suggested solutions in the forum but none worked. Did turn of, insert SDCARD, turn on, initialized, failed, format, failed turned off, turned on, and so on so on.

 

I have tested the SDCARD which is SANDISK Ultra - 128 GB and it works fine with other device and also have checked the authenticity as well.

 

Please help.

If you have formatted SD card in Tapo app but failed, can you share a photo of the Error?  Thank you

You could try some suggestions here and see if any works: 

1.Try a SD card with 8GB to 128GB capacity  (* capacity less than 2 GB is not supported):

2. Verify if SD card is Fake (expanded capacity) with H2testw software and share a photo with us

3. Try a different SD card if you got one

@dvdhd Just notice your SD card is 128Gb, can you test SD card with H2testw  and share a photo with us, thanks

Please also confirm your tapo APP is up-to-date . Can you share with us the SN and MAC address of your camera by private message as well?
