Hello,

I have a light switch (single pole) with one black (assuming live as it was on the top of the switch) and one red (assuming load on the bottom) I transferred onto the HS220 following instructions. There was a white bundle of neutrals in there that I also connected as well as the green to bare copper. The wifi connects and lights up but the switch won't turn on the light. Also the outlets and lights around this one no longer work also. This switch is connected to nightstand sconces in the bedroom and had it installed by electrician a while ago. There's an extra black open wire in the box also. I recall him telling me the switch would control the sconces but the outlet by the bed would always be live. Thanks in advance.
