Older devices see the SSID but cannot connect
Hi,
I've updated my SSIDs recently due to issues with Sonos and SonosNet. In the past I had one SSID on 2.4 GHz and another on 5 GHz. The former one has been deleted and the remaining one now combines 2.4 and 5. Since then a couple of older devices (iPad Mini 1st gen and Kobo Aura HD) still see the SSID but are unable to connect to it.
I already looked at the troubleshooting guide (https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/164114) but that didn't help. Channel utilization is somewhat higher than expected (around 30%) mainly caused by Sonos.
Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this?
