Hi there - just bought a pack of four KL100's that connected seemlessly to my WifFi at work. However, they randomly go offline and remain unreachable. I've done a factory reset on all of them and, again, they RANDOMLY cycle to "unreachable".

Yes, lamp is on.
Yes, it is in range.
No, the WiFi signal isn't weak.

@RizzoEatsRocks  Hello,

Thank you for your valuable feedback, you could try some suggestions here

1.  Please confirm bulb firmware and kasa APP version are up-to-date

2. Ensure bulb is connected to main router directly not through APP or extenders, locate one bulb very close to main router and see if it becomes offline

Can you help confirm some information to locate the issue:

1. The Router’s Brand & Model Number

Your network topology ,e.g. Router Archer C7 (in living room) <wireless> KL110 ( in living room)

2.   MAC address of the bulb

3.  The frequency of the disconnection issue.

4. Signal strength of the smart Bulb on the APP: Kasa APP, go to device  settings->signal strength ( tap on the Wi-Fi icon to see the value of the RSSI)

Thank you.

@RizzoEatsRocks

Do you have more than one access point or a repeater?  If you do, test by making a new SSID that is broadcast just from a single AP and connect to that with your phone/tablet then connect the bulb that way.  There are a number of the KASA products that have this bug that they cannot handle a wifi network with more than a single AP, which becomes an issue in larger homes or if you want decent wifi at all with lots of devices connected.
