Hi,

 

Need help. I bought two (2) tp-link tapo C210 and at the same time I also bought two (2) microSDXC 256GB capacity. After starting my camera, the tapo app instructed me to initialize my SD Card to be able to start recording. After a few minutes of initializing it returns a message the the initialization is failed. 

 

Note: I already  tested my SD Card and able to read and write using the computer and it was also FAT32 formatted.

Tapo C210 should support MicroSDXC 256Gb as the FAQ here:

To help locate the issue, can you help verify the SD card with H2testw software  ( check if ii an expanded capacity SD card) as the instruction below and share a photo with the test results  (back up important files before run the test)

Please also confirm tapo camera firmware and APP version are both up to date, may I have a photo of the Error on tapo app when format the card? 

What is brand of your SD, can I have  photo of the SD card, thank you.
