Tapo C310 not updating firmware to latest

Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.14

Hi. I have several cameras Tapo C310, all hardware V1.0, but only one is stuck with firmware 1.0.14.

In the app always says that firmware is up to date, all the other cameras have firmware 1.1.8, so no apparent reason for this one to be stuck.

What can i do to solve this problem?

Why can everyone get the firmware like you get for network products for manual upgrade/update?
