Firmware Version:

Good Day.

We purchased a Tapo C200 camera, once we downloaded the Tapo app and connected it to our WiFi, our WiFi network disappeared and can no longer access it. It does not appear as an available network on our phones or any other devices. We have reset the camera and our modem multiple times. We have deleted the Tapo app, unplugged the camera and modem and the WiFi network is still unavailable. Please assist, we don't know what else to do.

  Hello @Jsd123

I'd recommend checking if router's Wi-Fi features is accidentally turned off or if the power has been cut off on the router.

Cameras is just a network device that connects to Wi-Fi,  it is very rare that router SSID is gone when a network device connected to it, you might reach ISP or router manufacture to check router first. Then set up camera again on the app.
