Camera is just buffering

Brand new camera. Buffering and will not let me watch live.😩what can I do to correct this?

Please make sure the camera is receiving a good signal as above guide.
Confirm Camera firmware and Tapo APP version are up-to-date
Connect mobile phone to home Wi-Fi , under local network, will live view load properly?

If this happens even when phone connects to home wifi network, try to ping camera as the above instruction and share the results.

Can I know is there any error when camera is buffering, please share a photo of the error. What is the model of phone and its IOS or Android version?
