Tapo C200 lokal steuern / local control of Tapo C200

Ist es möglich die Kamera direkt mit dem Mobiltelefon (oder Tablet) und der App zu verbinden?
Ich möchte die Kamera auf meinem Boot ohne Internetzugang nutzen und benötige deshalb eine "direkte" WLAN-Verbindung zwischen Kamera und Telefon.
Alternative Kameras habe ich schon probiert, die leider nicht die Qualität bieten wie die Tapo C200.

Wenn ich die Internetverbindung kappe, kommt die Meldung: "Diese Tapo-Gerät kann nur lokal gesteuert werden." (siehe image)
Also sollte es möglich sein, nur wie!?
Ich finde leider keinen Hinweis oder eine Beschreibung dazu.

So it should be possible, but how!?

I'm afraid Tapo camera can't work alone by itself, it needs to connect to a Wi-Fi router. If you want camera work local only, camera need finish the initial set up first in the APP (internet access required during setup), then mobile under the same local Wi-Fi to access camera.
Regarding the message that appears in the app with C200 it seems it must also work with this device!
May I ask you for a "how to" step by step description to get a local connection!?
