Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.0

After I have updated the firmware on both of mine c310 to 1.3.0 -> I see significant drop in the quality of the picture and mostly during the night image is no longer clear and detailed instead is blurry and dark. During the day on the the shadow places the behavior is somehow the same. Is there possibility to downgrade the firmware -> fix that in a different way or only returning the product will solve the issue?

Thank you for the feedback, can you share photos showing the issue, if you have any picture before the firmware, kindly share with here or share via link from private message

As I know that the C310 V1 1.3.0 firmware only added the Smart Action feature in the new firmware, and does not have modifications on image.
