Turn on from new, red flashing light. Reset dosent work. What do I do. No firmware added yet. Out the box, turned on, red flashing light. No green to red flashing??? RESET DOES NOT WORK. CONSTANT RED FLASHING LIGHT. OUT OF THE BOX.

Thank you for reaching out to us!  it's good to know you've tried a factory reset for camera red flashing light. 

You could power off the camera and power it on for 1-2 mins, and try a reset again as FAQ below. 

How to reset my Tapo camera
If the LED still keeps flashing red, it could be some fault with the camera, I'd recommend reaching the retailer to get a replacement first.
