Trying to view the recordings on the app - keep getting the message "it looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video".  I have no idea what this means.  I have two cameras - one is shared, but this one isn't.  Live streaming is fine.

 

I've force-stopped the app on the phone.

 

Any ideas what's wrong?

Thank you for posting on TP-Link community. Can you provide a screenshot of this error message here?

 

Please check if you have login the same account on other devices that didn't log out? If your family members use the same account on other devices to watch the playback at the same time, it may reach the limit.

Each camera supports up to 2 simultaneous video streams. You could use up to 2 devices to live view the camera at the same time using the Tapo App or the RTSP. You could view the playback on only one device using the Tapo App at the same time. Check here to learn more information able Tapo camera. General Questions about the Tapo Camera
