Add "Themes" to smart bulbs shortcut options
When creating shortcuts, for smart bulbs there is no option under "Set Lighting" to set themes e.g Relax/Party Mode. This should be included, in order to easily set/sync the theme across multiple bulbs.

@Solla-topee this should be an option to create custom themes, Christmas, Halloween, etc.

Seriously? It's been 3+ years and they haven't done this yet? Well. I'm a +1. but it doesn't seem like TP listens to it's customers.

@sp00kyfish Yes such a good idea! I've been wanting to make a theme but keep the party and the relax, because they are both good. I really think you should add themes; it would be a really good idea.
