Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

I did an update to my app yesterday and now some of the functions do not work on my ipad and since I can not use my laptop to view anything  . can I go back to the previous firmware version?

Good day! Thank you for raising this topic on TP-Link community. To assist with the problem, can you be more specific about what happened? It will be better if you can share some related screenshots here. 

 

What's the current APP version on the iPad? Have you tried to test it with another mobile device, like a smart phone?

Tapo APP doesn't have PC version, how did you view the camera on the laptop?

Hi , my app version is 1.1.15 and my ipad is an older version but the app worked wonderful until I did the update then I can only see live view , if I try to see playback or memory the app shuts down . I can watch live view on my laptop using VLC media player but can not see playback mode . I am able to use my iphone but it was always nice to see it larger on my ipad .

Please double confirm the APP version (APP->Me->About). The latest version for the IOS system is 2.11.25. If the APP store cannot detect this version, try to delete the APP and reinstall it. 

What's the IOS version of your ipad?

  @Wayne-TP sorry my APP is 2.11.24 and my ipad is  9.3.5
