Hi team,

I have recently bought the cameras above and it has  been a nightmare trying to view the cameras outside my local network.

First things first. When i was on cloud service trial period i could not even see my cameras on a third party s/w even locally. As soon as i stopped Tapo cloud service  i could see the cameras !!  Very weird and not appreciated !!!

As far as viewing my cameras (other than Tapo app  )outside my local network it was impossible to accomplish. Tried all the tricks i found in the net. Nothing.

My last hope is to contact other users here hoping to find a solution before i return the cameras.

PS

I'm on Macbook M1 computer.

My problem was fixed by reinstall newewst tapocam apk.  Tapocam V.2.4.10 is faulty. Check your version.
