Model: Tapo C420S2

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20221208 rel.73688

Hi,

I bought 2 sets of C420S2 and try to share the cameras with my wife. No issue with HUB but any of camera can be shared because I have this error message : "network unstable, please try again later...".

Firmware (1.2.4 Build 20221208 rel.73688) and iOS app (2.14.106) are up to date. Tried with 4G network and Wifi with no luck.

Hey, thanks to try help me but that's not related.

Upgraded to 2.14.110 iOS app version without no luck.

Finaly, unshare 2 HUB and share first the cameras and then HUB solved the issue.

It's probably really a network issue. Mine C420 can be shared normally. Have you tried you use another phone, or even reinstall the APP?
