I noticed the same with my C200 cameras. When I try to access their feed over an rtsp stream in vlc or ffplay I get over 2k+ local inbound requests over various ports.
It does require some of the ports (554 afaik) to be open for video streaming, but literally scanning like all possible ports is very suspicious.
