Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 1.0.9

I just tried installing this smart switch. Turned everything on and the switch turns on, turns on wifi but my light does not turn on. What's interesting is my plugs in the room also stop working when I have this switch installed. When I install my "dummy" switch back, everything works. Anyone have insight? I've connected the ground, neutral, and two live wires.

Identify and label your line (hot) wires.. from the sounds of it your outlets are on the circuit after the switch, and the power isn't getting passed back through them. Post some photos.. also lookup and watch a number of how to install smart switches etc.. use wago connectors.. best of luck.
