C210 not recording to cloud
I had an earlier C210 which has no problems recording to cloud (I subscribed to Tapo Care for 1 device).
I just bought another C210 and added to my account, and also upgraded Tapo Care to 2 devices.
Have added the new camera to the upgraded plan.
The second device is unfortunately not recording to the cloud with all the settings same as the first device I had.
Motion detection is ON, Activity Zone and Sensitivity settings are correct.
MAC Address for my second device is 9C53221EFEC4.
What am I missing?
