Why the quality of the picture is so bad. Cannot even see clearly the face and object when zoom in.
Would expected good resolution with 4mps like it advertised..
I had set the camera setting to 2k qhd.

Where is the camera located and what does the area captured by the camera look like? Complicated scenarios (multiple colors and objects), strong light source, and quick-moving object may cause the image quality looks poor.
If there is a relatively large object in the shot, it will cause the lens to focus on it, causing the rest of the picture to look blurry.

The camera is located at car porch.
It is to record person or car detection near the gate area. Lighting is bright cause of the downlight.
I cant see the car plate number clearly with 2k resolution even the distance is about 30ft. But the spec mentioned the camera capable to record upto 90ft.
