I just upgraded to Tapo Care Premium 3 days ago but cant seem to figure out why up to now, no videos can be seen in my cloud. It is suppose to just automatically record videos and audios as soon as I upgrade, right? I've tried navigating all buttons but nothing really works. 

 

My firmware us updated.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. Regarding this issue, here are some tips that might be helpful.

 

1. Check if the camera has been successfully added to the Tapo care plan. How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan

2. Check if the Motion detection feature is enabled. 

3. If motion detection is enabled, confirm if any motion is being triggered. Did the detection notification arrive?
