No saved videos on cloud
I just upgraded to Tapo Care Premium 3 days ago but cant seem to figure out why up to now, no videos can be seen in my cloud. It is suppose to just automatically record videos and audios as soon as I upgrade, right? I've tried navigating all buttons but nothing really works.
My firmware us updated.
