Firmware Version: 1.3.3

Hi! 
I have two Tapo C310 cameras there are v2 both.
In one camera i have events recording in the other not
the one with no events the firmware is1.3.3 recently update. The other other 1.3.0

  @Wayne-TP   problem was solved by your technician's advice to format the sd card.

Thank you for the feedback. Have you tried to reboot the camera?

 

You can try to re-insert the SD card for a test. Note: Please backup the video first if the APP asks to format the SD card. 

 

Can you also share the information (brand, capacity, speed class, etc)  of your SD card here?

 Hi Wayne-TP!
I reboot the camera, take out the sd card and Insert back again.
Both Tapo c310 have the same card s (KINGSTON SDCS2/128GBSP CANVAS SELECT PLUS 128GB MICRO SDXC 100R A1 C10)
