The request is spot on. Motion detection generates too many events. Person detection would be perfect.

I sincerely hope TP-Link will implement this feature request as outdoor camera's of TP-Link are more or less useless as security cameras when it is raining without this functionality.

Motion is not of interest to me, but only person detected to be send as ONVIF event (as motion event if thats the way to go)

Common TP-Link, it's 2025, now all is about IA, motion detection is useless, we need person detection to trigger the recording.

This would be a great addition, along with the other smart events which trigger (Baby Cry, Pet Detection, Bark, Glass Break, Meow) Vehicle detection does appear to send an ONVIF event already
